Costa Cruises and Sostravel.com S.p.A are extending their cooperation for the on- board tracking and delivery service of lost luggage

Costa Cruises and Sostravel.com S.p.A. are strengthening their partnership, renewing the ‘Lost Luggage Concierge’ service for guests of the Italian cruise company until November 2025.

The service, launched in spring 2024, provides that, in the event of lost luggage on arrival at the airport of the flight used to reach the cruise, Costa guests will receive assistance from SosTravel, which will track down and return luggage directly on board the ship within 48 hours (excluding sailing time).

In the first six months of operation, the ‘Lost Luggage Concierge’ ensured the return of 95.3% of lost luggage.

As a result of this success, the service will be included by default, at no extra cost, to guest bookings departing from Europe with a Costa ‘flight & cruise’ package for the 2024- 25 winter itineraries, such as Caribbean and Arab Emirates cruises, and for the 2025 itineraries, including cruises in Northern Europe and cruises to Greece and Turkey departing from Athens.

In addition, the Lost Luggage Concierge will be available for purchase on the MyCosta portal for European guests who only book the cruise, providing their own flight to the ship's port of departure.
