Four Seasons Resort Nevis
Luxury hospitality veteran brings extensive culinary resume spanning more than twenty years

Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the award-winning Resort consistently ranked by travellers and travel experts as one of the top resorts in the Caribbean, has named Picco Alapatt as the new Executive Chef. A 20-year luxury hospitality veteran, Chef Alapatt hails most recently from the Gulf Court Hotel, Business Bay, the first property in Dubai for the renowned Gulf Hotel Group, Bahrain.

In his new role as Executive Chef, Alapatt will oversee the incredible dining scene available at the Resort’s four restaurants: On the Dune, an upscale yet relaxed beachside dining experience highlighted by an eclectic blend of Caribbean and American cuisines; EsQuilina, whose menu spans the coasts of the Mediterranean to the Caribbean; the waterfront Mango, which features a colourful, modern Caribbean menu; and Kastawey Beach Bar, serving up a casual, toes-in-the-sand atmosphere that blends the beachside shack with high-quality culinary offerings. Visitors to Four Seasons Resort Nevis will also be able to sample Chef Alapatt’s renowned cuisine for personalized rum pairing menus from crowned monkey RUM BAR, beach dinners and private villa dinners.

“I truly believe that good food brings ultimate happiness, and I am excited to share my creative approach to cooking to our guests, offering a good excuse to mingle at the table and relish a unique dining experience,” said Chef Picco.
