As a one-off leniency measure, IATA accredited agents currently have the possibility to check what information they have on file with IATA and correct any information that may not be updated / correct without charge. As of 1 March, any late reporting / unreported change will result in a Late Notification Fee of 1,500 Swiss Francs being applied.

Members are recommended to check that your information is up to date and to make any changes that are required retrospectively prior to the end of the amnesty period. As a reminder, agents should ordinarily notify IATA of any relevant changes within seven days, which can be done free of charge through the portal.
