LyvInn Hotels introducing a unique "hybrid" concept that combines flexible accommodations, co-working spaces, and social areas

LyvInn, a new European hotel brand, has inaugurated its first property in Frankfurt, the prominent commercial hub of Germany. Founded by Navneet Bali, former CEO and chairman of Meininger Hotels, LyvInn Hotels presents a distinctive "hybrid" concept that combines flexible accommodations, co-working spaces, and social areas to cater to both short and extended stays.

Situated in the heart of Frankfurt, near the financial district and the Messe Frankfurt trade fair venue, the 164-room LyvInn hotel underwent significant refurbishment after previously operating as a Meininger property. Bali described LyvInn as a remarkable hybrid hotel, offering a vibrant atmosphere for young individuals to stay, work, play, and connect in dynamic "start-up" cities. The ultimate goal of LyvInn is to establish a presence in major European cities.

The Frankfurt property operates under a management agreement, with funding secured from Blantrye Capital, an investment firm based in London. Bali expressed gratitude for Blantrye's substantial financial and operational support, which contributed to the creation of this exceptional brand. He further expressed the intention to expand the LyvInn portfolio actively in collaboration with their partner.

Johann Scheid, an investment executive at Blantrye, shared their confidence in the compelling offering of the Frankfurt Messe market through the LyvInn brand. They expressed plans to expand the LyvInn portfolio in Germany and across Europe in the coming years.
