When people think of St. Kitts, they think of clear waters and lush rain forests, not homegrown produce. It's about time we changed that. From July 14-24, join the islands best cooks as they celebrate St. Kitts-Nevis Restaurant Week, and shine the spotlight on Kittitian and Nevisian farmers. Participating restaurants will design one-off menus, each incorporating the islands theme ingredient – sweet potato.

See how innovative St. Kitts mixologists can get as they compete to create the winning cocktail " The Eye Opener" which must feature one of the St. Kitts rums. This event will be an afternoon of excitement as there will be lots to see and do.

Grill Fest

Grilling is an integral part of the islands' local culinary, so this year St. Kitts and Nevis are paying special tribute to the grill masters as they vie for the title of Best Grill Master in three categories: poultry, pork and seafood.
