Fiesta Americana Travlety / Posadas, continues to demonstrate outstanding leadership in the social responsibility arena, reinforcing its commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact in the communities it serves.

A group of 189 young women in vulnerable situations successfully completed the third edition of Alas para Crecer, an initiative by Fundación Posadas focused on closing the educational and labor inequality gap. This program, developed within Posadas’ operations, has recorded a 97% increase in its annual reach, strengthening its social impact across eight states in the country through concrete training actions.

The integration of technical training and the development of socio‑emotional skills aims to expand opportunities for access to university and the formal job market for women living in communities with high levels of educational disadvantage.
