New properties, refreshed accommodations, elevated culinary and wellness offerings, family-friendly programming, festive celebrations and limited-time offers across its portfolio of hotels and resorts throughout Mexico. From new hotel openings and redesigned spaces to destination-inspired dining, wellness retreats and seasonal programming, the company is showcasing what’s new for travellers this fall and winter.
Grand Fiesta Americana Riviera Cancún:
This property is slated to welcome its first guests this fall, introducing a 600-room luxury all-inclusive resort to the Mexican Caribbean. The resort will feature 83 suites, 16 restaurants, 8 bars, including a specialty mezcal bar, a rooftop venue, 9 pools, a theater and dedicated kids and teens clubs. This new opening reaffirms Posadas’ growing presence in the Riviera Maya and comes less than a year after the official opening of Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen.
Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas:
This resort has completed an extensive renovation designed to create memorable family experiences while maintaining the property’s signature Mexican hospitality. The refreshed villas and suites feature redesigned spaces, views of Acapulco Bay and fully equipped kitchenettes in select suites. The resort has also introduced new culinary concepts, including Moxaico, serving traditional Mexican cuisine with Guerrero influences; Blu, specializing in seafood and the catch of the day; and El Mexicano, offering fine Mexican cuisine in a family-friendly setting. New resort spaces include Stelaris Cocktail Lounge, the property’s flagship bar focused on signature mixology, as well as Tercer Tiempo Sports Bar, The Coffee Corner and Mini Golf. The renovated Fiesta Kids Club, designed for children ages 4 to 12, joins two pools, a Health Club with spa and gym, recreational activities and dog-friendly accommodations.
Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas:
This property has introduced 31 fully renovated Premium Villas in Punta Cancún, blending traditional Mexican design with modern comforts. The new accommodations include Premium Deluxe Villas with two double beds and private balconies, as well as Premium Master Suites featuring a king-size bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and views of the Mexican Caribbean.
Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo Resort & Spa: This resort is expanding its leisure and meetings and events offerings with new spaces and experiences. Highlights include the Garden of Olives, two new padel courts, a pickleball court and Château Galindo, the resort’s own vineyard and wine label. New group experiences combine wine, gastronomy, wellness and outdoor activities, while the resort’s spa continues to offer treatments focused on relaxation and renewal. The property is also strengthening its weddings and social events offerings with new partnerships and seasonal programming.
Live Aqua Ciudad de México Bosques de las Lomas:
Wellness and gastronomy take center stage this fall. Throughout October, Feel Urban Spa will offer a selection of treatments including an 80-minute relaxing massage with Shirodhara, a hydrating facial with express body exfoliation and a couples experience featuring two 80-minute massages, chocolate-covered strawberries, wine and hydrotherapy. On Oct. 29, Carnivore Prime Steakhouse will host “Tradición y Ánimas,” a four-course wine-pairing dinner featuring wines from Bodegas Señorío de Sarría.
Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún:
This all-inclusive spa resort will feature a fall culinary calendar including a special residency by Argentinian Chef Leonardo Hoffman, recognized by the Michelin Guide. From Oct. 7–10 and 14–17, Hoffman will bring his signature fire-driven cuisine from Mendoza to Le Basilic, the property’s signature restaurant, for a limited-time culinary experience. Guests will enjoy a 10-course set menu showcasing the chef’s distinctive approach to Argentine cuisine and cooking over fire, offering a unique gastronomic experience against the backdrop of Cancún.
Devossion by Live Aqua:
Across its portfolio, Fiesta Americana Travelty is embracing the fall and holiday seasons with programming rooted in food, family and Mexican traditions. At Devossion by Live Aqua, Playa del Carmen, guests can enjoy recurring Taco Nights on Tuesdays, along with Halloween celebrations on Oct. 31, a Día de Muertos celebration on Nov. 2 and a Thanksgiving celebration.
Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende:
At Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende, guests can honour Día de Muertos with Journey to Mictlán on Nov. 1, an immersive evening inspired by the traditions of Michoacán and designed to celebrate the enduring connection between memory, family and tradition. The experience will begin with a welcome drink inspired by the traditional ofrenda, followed by a traditional dance performance and live classical music that evoke Mexico’s ancestral roots. Guests will also take part in a candle-lighting ritual to honour loved ones before enjoying a four-course pairing dinner featuring José Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Tequila, created through a culinary collaboration between Chefs Gerardo Rivera and Ernesto Narváez.
Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas:
For the holiday season, Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas will host a Christmas Tree Lighting during the first week of December, followed by a Christmas Eve Dinner on Dec. 24 and New Year’s Eve Dinner on Dec. 31 at La Palapa Restaurant. On Jan. 6, 2027, guests can celebrate Rosca de Reyes and take photos with the Three Kings. Seasonal offers include complimentary buffet breakfast for up to two children ages 4–11 with two paying adults, a birthday resort-credit promotion, toll-reimbursement credits, a romantic getaway package and a third night free offer for select suites. Seasonal programming will include Halloween festivities, a Día de Muertos altar in the lobby, a Christmas Tree Lighting, Christmas Eve Dinner, Santa Claus’ arrival on Dec. 25, New Year’s Eve Dinner and Three Kings Day and Rosca de Reyes celebrations on Jan. 6, 2027. Promotional packages include a $100 USD resort credit, birthday and romantic getaway offers, a fourth night free promotion, a friends getaway package and a dog-friendly program.
Hotel Fiesta Americana Mérida:
Hotel Fiesta Americana Mérida will celebrate the season with a Thanksgiving buffet, Christmas Eve dinner and New Year’s Eve dinner and at Fiesta Americana Hacienda San Antonio El Puente Resort & Spa, guests can look forward to a special New Year’s Eve party, adding a festive celebration to the resort’s historic setting.
Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas and Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas:
For travellers seeking more active and family-friendly ways to spend their time, Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas and Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas will offer racing simulators, while Acapulco’s resort amenities include Mini Golf, a sports bar, recreational activities and a renovated Fiesta Kids Club for children ages 4 to 12.
