Fiesta Americana Travelty has confirmed a development plan that includes the operation of 34 new hotels beginning in the second half of 2026. This project, with an estimated investment of 16.219 billion pesos, will increase room inventory by 16%.

The expansion focuses on beach destinations and strategic cities, incorporating properties such as Izla by Fiesta Americana in Isla Mujeres and Devossion by Live Aqua in Playa del Carmen.
