More good news for Yorkshire!

Just a week after announcing the launch of two stunning brand-new and exclusive Summer 2027 destinations from Leeds Bradford Airport, UK consumer champion, Jet2, has put another new summer favourite on sale.

Yorkshire’s leading leisure airline and tour operator has put flights and holidays on sale to Tivat in Montenegro, giving customers and independent travel agents direct access to the destination that features everything from golden beaches and cool bars to whitewashed villages and rugged national parks.

Giving holidaymakers the opportunity to book flights and holidays to Tivat from Leeds Bradford Airport for the first time, Jet2 will operate weekly Monday services to the new destination from 10th May to 27th September 2027. This route is exclusive to Jet2 from the airport.

Located on the west coast of the Balkan peninsula, Tivat opens up an array of dazzling options for holidaymakers, including resorts such as stylish Budva, chilled-out Becici and the stunning Herceg Novi. The classy coastal town of Tivat itself is nearby, as is the jaw-dropping Kotor Bay.

Today’s announcement comes just a week after Jet2 launched flights and holidays to Santorini and Preveza for the first time, in response to demand from holidaymakers looking to book ahead for Summer 2027 and enjoy a fantastic summer getaway. The new additions give customers and independent travel agents even more choice when it comes to holidays in Greece, with weekly Sunday services operating to Preveza from 23rd May to 10th October 2027 and weekly Thursday services to Santorini from 6th May to 7th October 2027.

For Summer 2027, the award-winning airline and tour operator will operate its largest programme to date from Leeds Bradford Airport. With almost two million seats on sale in total and 53 routes including five brand-new routes (Hurghada, Preveza, Santorini, Sharm El Sheik and Tivat) the huge programme offers fantastic choice and flexibility.

The UK’s largest tour operator and third largest airline have confirmed plans to operate as normal this summer, after receiving positive updates from fuel suppliers who have reported increased production and additional imports of jet fuel.

As well as leading the way for not cancelling flights and looking after customers, Jet2 was the first UK airline and tour operator to reassure customers that it will not introduce surcharges on any booked flights or holidays to cover cost increases, for example jet fuel. Put simply, the price at which customers book with Jet2 is the price they will pay. In an industry-leading move, Jet2 removed the surcharge provision across all flights and holidays, even though it has never been applied.
