Phase 1: April 15 – July 15, 2026

• 168 guest rooms in Hacienda-style buildings
• Enhancements to key areas, including restaurants, bars, spa, convention center, and relaxation pool

Phase 2: July 16 – October 31, 2026

• 217 guest rooms
• Renovation of the lobby, refined dining and bar experiences, enhanced fitness facilities, and elevated recreational areas such as the tennis court that will be turned into a pickleball court and the activities swimming pool.

All dates are tentative and subject to adjustment based on project execution and operational considerations.

While the resort will be undergoing enhancements, Inclusive Collection is pleased to emphasize that the overall guest experience will not be affected. During each phase, the available room inventory will be reduced by approximately 50%, allowing the hotel to maintain a comfortable level of occupancy and ensure that guests can fully enjoy all operating facilities with ease and without crowding.
