News / Loganair expands it's customer benefits by joining AVIOS scheme
Loganair's adoption of Avios is set to offer greater value and connectivity to its customers
Loganair, the UK’s largest regional airline, has announced it is adopting Avios as the loyalty currency for its Clan Loganair loyalty programme in 2025. The partnership makes Loganair the seventh airline to join the global Avios network, which includes British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling, Qatar Airways, and Finnair.
Currently serving over 1.5 million passengers annually across nearly 70 routes, Loganair plays a vital role in providing lifeline services to some of Scotland’s remote communities as well as connecting regional hubs such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness, and Newcastle, alongside its services from London Heathrow.
The airline’s integration to the Avios network will significantly enhance customer benefits, further reinforcing its already strong partnership with airlines such as British Airways through its existing codeshare agreement.
The transition to Avios – which will be automatic for existing Clan Loganair members - will bring a range of rewards and opportunities for loyalty programme members. Members from both Clan Loganair and the British Airways Executive Club will now be able to combine their Avios balances and redeem Avios on their respective networks.
With Loganair joining the Avios network, customers will enjoy seamless earning and redemption opportunities across a growing portfolio of global airlines and destinations.
