The route, which began operation on October, is part of Loganair’s broader strategy to enhance regional connectivity across the south of England. The airline’s new base will formally open in March 2026.

Earlier this year, Loganair was ranked second in the Which? annual customer survey of short-haul airlines, achieving a 72% customer score. The airline received a five-star rating for customer service and a four-star rating for booking, boarding, and cleanliness.  

More recently, Loganair was named the most punctual for UK arrivals and departures in Q2 2025 by the UK Civil Aviation Authority, with 86% of its flights arriving and departing on time.  

Those booking directly through Loganair’s website can also collect Avios through its Loganair Loyalty scheme thanks to the airline’s partnership with the global travel rewards programme.
