For the past few weeks, Hotel Vulcano has been treating guests to an upgraded morning experience with the extended brunch service. Breakfast still runs as usual until 10:30 AM, but now Spring has extended the service until 12:00 PM, giving guests extra time to ease into their day.

During this extra hour and a half, in addition to the classic breakfast favourites, Spring has added some indulgent new options like eggs benedict, premium Iberian ham, and the ever-popular smoked salmon bagel.

This new addition offers greater flexibility, letting guests enjoy a relaxed morning paired with high-quality, thoughtfully crafted dishes.
