On November 21st Los Cristianos Bay will once again become the setting for The Blue Challenge

On November 21st Los Cristianos Bay will once again become the setting for The Blue Challenge, which returns for its third edition as one of Spring in Motion’s key sporting events.
The event brings together swimming, personal challenge and the unique conditions of southern Tenerife, welcoming both experienced athletes and participants looking to enjoy sport in a different way. After the success of previous editions, this year’s event will once again feature Erika Villaécija and Laura Roca, joined by Gemma Mengual for the first time, adding three outstanding names from Spanish sport to the experience.
The Blue Challenge also reflects the wider purpose of Spring in Motion: creating high-quality sporting events that connect visitors with the destination. Tenerife’s mild climate, ocean conditions and outdoor lifestyle make it an ideal setting for active travel throughout much of the year, allowing guests to combine competition with their holiday.
For Spring Hotels, supporting sports tourism also means contributing to the local environment around each event. Participants travel with companions, discover the area, enjoy local gastronomy and extend the impact of the event beyond the competition itself.
The third edition of The Blue Challenge is already on the Horizon as a strong seasonal proposition for active clients, companions and travellers looking to add a unique sporting experience to their Tenerife stay.
