The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived!
April 14th, 2021 - The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived and we are delighted to be able to tell you at long last that Hotel Bitácora Hotel will reopen on Jun 24.
Completely renovated in 2020, the new concept has been designed by the Tenerife-born international art director Lauro Samblás. This complete, holistic renovation is focused on offering your clients a new concept of what it means to be on holiday.
Families, couples and groups of friends will find all the fun they could imagine close at hand in Hotel Bitácora, as well as being just a few minutes away from the best waves on the island.
Among the new features that your clients will be pleased to discover, there is a swimming pool zone that, dominated by large water slides, not only offers specially dedicated environments for children and adults but also provides a specific area for them to store their surf equipment.
We’ve also added a new gastronomic stand beside the adult pool to compliment La Palapa snack bar, as well as the Pink Bar and a fabulous outdoor spa.
Our services also include, of course, proposals specifically created for children such as Springly World with over 95 attractions for them to enjoy, or Where the Dragon Trees Sleep, a magical space that opens as night falls and in which the little ones will make good use of all their ingenuity and creativity.
Likewise, for our adolescent guests, we have created The Box: A special space just for them, where they will find DJs, videogames, a pool table and, almost certainly, some new, like-minded friends!
But that’s not all: we’ve also added the UP! concept to Bitácora; an exclusive space located on the rooftop of the hotel, where your clients will enjoy an unforgettable, adults-only experience in a private, limited-capacity area that offers a swimming pool, Balinese beds and endless experiences that will go into making their holiday truly unique.

Arona Gran Hotel will reopen on 01/09/2021 and Hotel Vulcano on 24/06/2021.
